Hey there, and welcome to my blog!

My name is Karinda VanderSanden.

I'm the wife, dog mom, photographer (so it kills me to use cell phone photos, please forgive me!) at Karinda Hersman Photography, and a follower of Christ.
I absolutely love my job at Old Navy. 

I enjoy reading, scrapbooking, singing & baking.

I also enjoy DIY crafts & am learning to sew.

Someday I would like to get my masters in Architecture & my associates in Interior Design.

I love the number 5. In fact, I would like 5 children.

I am obsessed with shoes, especially heels.

And I have an outlandish love for Christmas.

I met Mike, my husband, when I was 15 years old, my freshman year of high school, on the school bus.

And I won him over with my chocolate chip cookies.

We were married June 18, 2011, just two weeks after my high school graduation.
He is quite the character, funny and sweet, though he masks it with sarcasm.
He was in the Army for four years as an airborne Infantryman, and is currently much happier working a desk job at DirecTV.
We love music and serving on the worship team at our church together.

Ranger, our first furbaby, is a Golden Retriever & German Shepherd mix.
He is mellow & cuddly with bursts of insane silliness.
His birthday is June 30, 2011. And yes, we celebrate it.

Sophie, a German Shepherd, is our second furbaby.
She is sweet as can be but extremely hyper.
Her birthday is on November 17, 2012.

I am currently residing in my hometown of Missoula, MT after a three year stint in Fayetteville, NC while my husband was stationed at Ft. Bragg.

And I will be blogging about my life. I am a stubborn perfectionist, often outspoken and feel every emotion I have with passion.
I am also an introvert, which has always made it hard to share my feelings.
However my goal with this blog is to give a authentic, candid snapshot of my life.
